The film will start shooting next week in new Jersey for aerial shots, but the actors won't start filming until the end of may.what will be shot next week will reportedly be establishing shots which will be used to give the viewers the feel of where and when the film is taking place, the shoots next week will not be involving the actors as the crew is just getting started especially with the inclusion of an oscar-nominated cinematographer Sean Bobbitt of Judas and the black Messiah.   The premiere of Mortal Kombat is almost here and we're getting more teasers from the movie. The latest promo features more of the epic showdown between Cole Young and long-time fan favorite Goro. The teaser already features most of the footage that has appeared in the red-band trailer as well  However, the new teaser also shows another side of Cole's fight against Goro and it looks like he's set to deliver a killing blow. There is little doubt that Cole is going to be a force to reckon with in Mortal Kombat. Although the mysterious new character was initially shown fighting with his bare hands, the teasers and posters have proven that he will be getting a deadly weapon in the film. Interestingly, the weapon, which Lewis Tan had described as "a Tonfa with a twist" looks like it may have been created in the Outworld.  Indoor cinemas are allowed to reopen in England and Scotland from May 17, in ‘step three’ of the government’s lockdown easing plan. Outdoor cinemas including drive-ins are allowed to reopen from April 12, with no curfews in place for any venues. Details on restrictions for open venues, such as capacity limits, are yet to be announced. Cinemas in Wales and Northern Ireland remain closed with no date for the reopening. With restrictions determined at state level, cinemas are currently permitted to open throughout the US. However, not all exhibitors have chosen to open including the Cineworld-owned Regal chain, which is aiming to reopen its 536 US venues by March this year.
